Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Hummus (Vegan, Oil Free, and Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas or 1 can drained
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup date syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in a food processor.
  • Process until smooth, occasionally scraping down the sides.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with pretzel chips, graham crackers, or other cookie.
