Whole Wheat Beer Bread (Vegan and Oil Free)

- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 12 oz beer (I prefer to use Shiner Bock with this recipe, but any vegan beer will do.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour in beer and gently stir until just mixed.
Spoon into lined pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
