Southern Collard Greens (Vegan, Gluten Free, and Oil Free)

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch collard greens, de-stemmed and chopped
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp liquid smoke or smoked paprika
- splash of apple cider vinegar
- a few dashes of hot sauce
Directions
In a large pot, combine all ingredients, except collard greens, and bring to a boil.
Add collard greens and stir to coat.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Simmer slowly for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4.
