Chocolate Pudding

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 boxes Mori Nu extra firm silken tofu
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • date syrup or date sugar plus water (to taste)


1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Refrigerate before serving.
3. Pour melted chocolate into tofu mixture and blend until thoroughly incorporated.
4. Serve at room temperature for a pudding consistency or refrigerate at least two hours for a firmer mousse-like consistency.
