Raw Strawberry Tart (Vegan, Gluten Free, and Oil Free)
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 lb strawberries quartered or sliced
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- Combine almonds, oats, and cinnamon in a food processor and process until coarsely ground.
- Press oat mixture into a tart or pie pan.
- Pour strawberries into the pan.
- Drizzle date syrup over the strawberries.
- Refrigerate several hours to allow the strawberries and date syrup to moisten the crust.
