Raw Breakfast Cookies
Servings 24 cookies
Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas mashed
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup raw pecans roughly chopped
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 6 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons milled flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Use an ice cream scoop to form cookies and place on a lined tray for your food dehydrator.
- Dehydrate for 8 hours, remove lining from tray and dehydrate another 8 hours.
I’d like to try one of these! I need some convincing that a dehydrator is worth the money! 🙂
