Pumpkin Butter (Vegan, Oil Free, and Gluten Free)

- 4 cups pureed pumpkin or 2 15oz cans
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cook on high 4-8 hours, stirring every hour, until desired consistency.
- Let cool and refrigerate.
