Mock Tuna Chickpea Avocado Salad
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas garbanzos
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup non-dairy plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon kelp flakes
- black pepper to taste
- Place chickpeas and avocado in a food processor. Pulse until desired consistency.
- Spoon into a mixing bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
