- 3 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup raisins (Optional and not traditional.)
Place a Dutch oven in the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F.
Combine non-dairy yogurt, water, and vinegar and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients (and raisins, if including).
Pour in wet mixture and stir until just mixed.
Pour dough into the Dutch oven and score the top.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.
