Hollandaise Sauce (Vegan, Gluten Free, and Oil Free)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into small sauce pan and whisk constantly over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
