Chocolate Chip "Cookie Dough" Hummus

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Peanuts should be the only ingredient!
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup mini non-dairy chocolate chips


  • Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in a food processor.
  • Process until smooth, occasionally scraping down the sides.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with pretzel chips, graham crackers, or other cookie.
