Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Hummus (Vegan, Oil Free, and Gluten Free)
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas or 1 can drained
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in a food processor.
- Process until smooth, occasionally scraping down the sides.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with pretzel chips, graham crackers, or other cookie.
