Bliss Balls

Servings 18 -20 balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup date syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Roll into balls using about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
  • Enjoy!
